SUBJECT: the Assumption of the Virgin. In the middle, a slight Madonna, wrapped in a blue mantle, her hands joined in prayer, is surrounded by a host of angels. The Capitolo della Cattedrale is placed under her patronage.

CRITICAL NOTES: Noteworthy are the luminous and chromatic values, and the composition itself, not far from the apse windows in the same church.

CONDITIONS: a few lost tesseras (angels on the right) and repaintings.
