SUBJECT(S): St.John the Evangelist on the isle of Patmos writing the text of the Apocalypse
CRITICAL NOTES: C. Pirina identifying the subject and recognizing the vast perspective and the palette using emerald green,ruby red and dull violet, typical of Cristoforo de' Mottis' style, detecting also well that the little temple in the background is a copy of Colleoni Chapel, attributes this panel to the group painted by Cristoforo de' Mottis for the St. John the Evangelist window. A modern copy is now in situ (window sXX, panel 1b)
